Dr Namita is an alumnus of the prestigious MAMC (Maulana Azad Medical College) in New Delhi, India and has more than 25 years of experience in Microbiology and Infection control having excelled in her academic career with many awards and distinctions. She has been pivotal in setting up the Artemis lab, an NABL accredited lab with state of the art technology, stringent quality control and well qualified staff. Dr Namita is the chairperson for Infection Control Committee and the Infection control officer of the hospital. In her role as Chief, Education and Research, she oversees the DNB program, the paramedical training programs and Research projects in the hospital. Dr. Namita Jaggi is an Assessor for NABL, NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers), Green OT and JCI (Joint Commission International)-Lab.

Dr Namita Jaggi leads and manages the robust and effective infection control program in the organization with her team of infection control nurses to reduce healthcare associated infections in patients, staff and visitors. Her key areas of interest and passion are antimicrobial stewardship, device-associated infection rates, healthcare worker safety and healthcare epidemiology.
