He has been working in critical care for more than 10 years. He is experienced in management of critically ill medical and surgical patients, setting up and designing ICU, ICU administration, patient and family counseling, E-ICU and various troubleshooting related to critical care. He is involved in academy and research activities. He has more than twelve research papers in reputed international and national journals. He is reviewer for various journals, for example journal of critical care, IJCCM, IJA, JAOCP etc.  He is also ISCCM accredited teacher of critical care medicine.
